Located in a charming old Missouri River town, Bushwhacker Bend is a welcome addition to a sweet little downtown setting. This is a newer winery, occupying a beautifully restored early 1900s or late 1800s building which the owners have painstakingly restored. Very nice bar, and a good assortment of dry wines. Across the street from the winery is a nice fine dining restaurant. Glasgow is a great destination town for terrific wines, friendly hosts, a good meal, and a cute little bakery down the street for pastries and cookies. I bought a few bottles of the Norton and Chambourcin to age a couple of years, and I expect very good things from Bushwhacker Bend. Excellent outdoor patio, to boot.
