I live in Tucson and decided to drive down to the southern wineries. Did not like any of the wines, but I only like sweet wines. I liked the music.

We were treated OK here, but the wine itself was, for lack of a better term, nasty.

While visiting family in Phoenix we decided to go the the Arizona "Wine Country". I live in California in the real Wine Country and had to see for myself what Arizona Wine was about. THE MOST NEGATIVE PEOPLE WE HAVE EVER MET. NOT WORTH GETTING OUT OF YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WINES WERE OK BUT NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PRICE, WE ARE FROM NAPA, WE KNOW GREAT WINES.

This guy thinks he can walk on water. Nothing but negative remarks about the other wineries. I think they are more concerned with the other wineries than anything else. I really think that the arrogance is not based in reality. THe wines were good, but not as good as the other wineries, that they were bashing. I would suggest that they follow the Sonoita Vineyards and Elgin philosophy of letting your wines speak for you.

We visited the Sonoita area wineries last weekend. The wines here a fairly good, however the male owner is an assh*le. During our visit a guy came in, clearly he was mentally challenged, and this guy started yelling and berating the man. Told him to leave or he would call the local law enforcement. As I said the wines were decent, but I would never recommend this place to anyone.
