Let's just say customer service is king. I liked the wines but I refuse to spend any money on this brand. The staff seems to know a lot about wine but there is a strong sense of smug in the air. I am a novice wine enthusiasts and this place is more about themselves then turning new customers on to their product. I would suggest that you visit the winery across the street.
