We stopped here at 3 in the afternoon on Saturday, and were informed that the grounds were closed for the day. When I asked about the winery, I was informed by a very snotty person that the "Grounds Are Closed". I won't come back - Thanks Belle Meade!

We enjoyed the wine tasting after our tour of Belle Meade Plantation. The staff was friendly and seemed to know the wines. There was a nice selection of wines. There is no vineyard, they purchase their grapes. I believe their winemaker is also the winemaker at Keg Springs Winery. We will return to purchase more wine.
