Mike the brewer was on duty when we stopped in. They weren't officially open, but he let us come in and do a tasting - very kind of him! The wines are on the dry side and very good. Mike was also very knowledgeable, and explained every wine as we tasted. We ended up buying 3 bottles (Shiraz, Niagara and an Apple wine for a friend). I'll definately go back!
