We were driving down I-30 on our way to Dallas and decided to venture down to Los Pinos. It's a ways down there, but it was worth the trip. The tasting room was comfortable and we were treated well. They conducted their tastings by giving us the samples in "test tubes" that we would pour into our glass as we tasted. This was disappointing as we like to chat about the wines we are tasting. However, the staff did check on us several times, so we didn't feel like we were totally left to our own devices. They have a restaurant, and while we didn't sample their food, the people who were there seemed to be enjoying the food. Beautiful place to unwind and linger for a while.
