Favorite Wine: Zinfandel

Lovely experience in the country. Best wines of the weekend out of 6 in the area. Melanie in the tasting room was very warm and knowledgable on the wines and area. Not your standard sweet run, but great European vines and wines. Terrific venue in a farm like setting but with so much more! We will be back!

Stopped in this afternoon, staff very friendly, however customers very uppity. Wines were average, nothing special. Grounds were very nice. Overall experience - meh!

Small winery but Very small winery and wines were more expensive than most I have visited.

I moved to Lexington from CA last year. I enjoy all kinds of wine from various countries. I visited equus run vineyards winery last weekend and made me doubt whether or not they actually make their wine. Something is wrong about this winery - I think they put incorrect lables on their bottles, meaning they are not making their own wine there. Their red truly tasted like a cheap California wine... Somebody needs to go there and check their facility.
