I was driving through the state on my way to D.C. got of the freeway and found this winery. It was nice to see that they were hands on people not afraid put some muscle in their work. they grow their own grapes and it was a real winery not some stuffy tasting room. The wines were pleasant.

I was very disappointed with this winery, it was one of three that my wife and I toured on a cheerful Saturday. The proprietors were pleasant and knowledgeable, however the wines were sub-par. I did purchase some champagnes hoping for a better experience but again was left very disappointed. Champagne has a musty nose and mossy flavor.
