Our favorite Hermann winery, hands-down. Can't say enough great things about the staff here. Owner was onsite and invited us to sit with him. Wine was very good. If you like very sweet wine, don't miss the Jazzberry.

Excellent dry reds. The winemaker/owner gave us a personal tour of the cellar and provided help with our own winemaking. We were wary of stopping due to the two reviews, but our experience was opposite of the two above. We were told there were staffing changes a year or so ago; perhaps that's the reason. Definitely worth the drive from St. Louis.

Food at the bistro is excellent. Staff were accommodating with tastings at the table. Good wine.
