Beautiful surroundings. It's a nice afternoon--tasting wine, sitting outside doing absolutely nothing but enjoying the green fields and spending time with friends.

Whiskey Run Creek Vineyard and Winery (written May 26, 2008)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars
We had a wonderful girls day out visiting Whiskey Run Creek. When we got there, it looked like no one was there but Bob showed up quickly and invited us in. He was very gracious: sharing its history, showing us pictures and allowing us to stay and enjoy wine and snacks while he went into town! It was a very relaxing day and this is my favorite winery by far. Check out their wines at Hy-Vee Spirits.
