My Daughter, Rachel and I Went to the address listed on the website. When we arrived we were surprised to find it was a very nice house in pleasant rural addition. We saw some winery equipment and the half-acre of grapevines led us to believe we were at the right address. We rang the doorbell but know one answered so I decided to call the phone number listed on the website. Mrs. Martin answered the phone and informed us we were at the right place but her husband was not home and they take appointments for wine tasting and tours. I apologized for not knowing this and explained that we were from Enid and the website didn’t say anything about appointments. She welcomed us into her home and we had a very nice time. My daughter made friends instantly with two beautiful resident cats.
They don’t have your typical storefront with the wine tasting/gift shop. I believe they have something much better, a very relaxed homey atmosphere to taste their wine. You see currently their dinning room is the gift shop and the prep island in their kitchen is the wine tasting area where we tasted some outstanding wines. Most of their wines have won either locally, state, or national awards. I’m not an expert on wines by any means but I know what I like and I liked their wines. They are planning on building a storefront with the wine tasting/gift shop. I just hope they keep the same down to earth friendly atmosphere that they have now. I would definitely recommend visiting them and their wines.
