I believe Gershon Bachus Vintners has the best red wine available in Temecula, CA. This would be their 2005 Aquilo Cabernet, it has to be savored to be understood. The 2005 Zephyrus Zinfandel is also almost as excellent, and is a must experience. Gershon Bachus Vintners is also a beautiful location for a winery wedding featuring a panoramic 360 degree view and an ideal courtyard with a gazebo. When visiting Temecula Valley Wine Country, be sure to start at Gershon Bachus Vintners on the De Portola Wine Trail.
