Jules J. Berta Vineyards (written May 04, 2015)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars
Love this place! Great wine and Justin is awesome. The vineyard is very large and landscaping is beautiful. Jules knows how to take care of his vines y'all! Sweet and Fruit wines here are superb! We had a fabulous time here. Make this one of your last stops! If you don't, you'll compare everyone else to this and they won't meet your expectations! Morgan Creek and Jules J Berta have set the bar!

Morgan Creek Vineyards and Winery (written May 04, 2015)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars
Morgan Creek Vineyards is absolutely gorgeous. Great location and landscape. The flowers were blooming, everything was green. It was a beautiful sunny day when we went which made it that much better. They were setting up a wedding for that evening and they do a Fabulous job with that! Whatever couple picked that day and that place made the best decision. It looked incredible. The wine is fabulous. Some places you go, you may like three wines out of the 12 that you taste. Other places you like nearly all of them. This was definitely one of the times you like them all. I can't remember how many I tried here, maybe 11-13. I loved them all but two. I don't care much for dry wines, but their dry wines were so great I even bought a bottle! The staff was super helpful and courteous. We will most definitely be back again soon. We left with 7 bottles, but wanted so much more! This and Jules J Berta are neck and neck for our favorite winery in Alabama.

Fruithurst Winery (written May 04, 2015)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars
This place is very pretty! The vineyard is huge! Service was wonderful. The winery/gift shop is adorable. Many wines available to try. Lots of sweet wines. Even their semi-sweets are sweet. Husband is a diabetic so the sweets were a little too much for us, but overall were good! They have pure muscadine juice that was new/different to me. It was super tasty. We left with a smile and few bottles to say the least.
