Breezy Hills Vineyard (written Oct 06, 2008)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars
This vineyard is very nice. I did a wine tour called Studio and Vine. It was a pleasant setting. We were allowed 5 wines, I would have liked to try more, but didn't know how to go about it.

Loess Hills Vineyard and Winery (written Oct 06, 2008)
Wine: 1 stars Winery: 1 stars Ambiance: 1 stars
This vineyard was unwilling to fulfill an agreement during a wine tour to allow the participants to taste their wine. Once the buses arrived at the vineyard, they attempted to have everyone pay for a tasting. It was a most unfriendly visit. I won't go there, nor will I even be tempted to try their wines now. The tour was great fun, but this put a damper on it. It reflected very poorly on the vineyard, I think. They truly lost a great opportunity to let their wines be tasted and enjoyed. Perhaps even sold some, since our tour bus had already purchased a great number of bottles from the previous 2 vineyards that day.

Whispering Hills Vineyards (written Oct 06, 2008)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars
This winery is miles ahead of the other vineyards visited on the Studio and Vine tour. We loved the owner's mother serving us during our tasting on Oct. 5th. She is great, this vineyard is a class act!
