I like the Apple flavored wine. It tastes like apple when its warm and more of a cinnamon flavor when its cold.

I thought this winery was okay. It was nice to be able to serve your own wine-different. But the whites weren't refrigerated and the bottles were sticky from previous spills.

Sparkling Ponds Winery (written Jan 25, 2009)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars
This winery is awesome! I've been to a lot of wineries in the area and keep coming back to Sparkling Ponds. Burt and his co-owner are very friendly and personable. It has a great tasting atmosphere. I like semi-dry wines and love their chardonay, reisling, and trilogy. They have a wine called "woman pleaser" and "fatal attraction" which are both really good too. You can also schedule a private dinner at the winery. For 50$ you get a 5 course meal and a bottle of wine with dinner. They set up a table beside the tasting bar and you have the winery to yourself. The food was impeccable. I would recommend this to friends.
