Favorite Wine: Black Currant Apple 2010
Very unique wine never tasted anything quite like it. Loved it! Black Currant Apple 2010 This unique wine is produced by first fermenting the apples to a full dryness. We then blend the apple with an imported black currant reserve to give the wine an aromatic finish and sharp taste which mirrors the liqueur Cr'me de Cassis. In the United Kingdom, black currant juice is often mixed with apple cider to make a drink called "Cider & Black".
