Cherry Creek Cellars - Old School (written Jan 04, 2008)
Wine: 4 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 4 stars
Nice selection, unique atmosphere. Vineyardsnot at this site.

Pentamere Winery (written Nov 30, 2007)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 5 stars Ambiance: 5 stars
Not attached to a vineyard, but these guys know wine. They make it all on site and use only grapes from watersheds in the Great Lakes area. Interesting tour to see their 'workings' in the lower level.

Sandhill Crane Vineyards (written Nov 30, 2007)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 4 stars Ambiance: 4 stars
What a great place! Tasted numerous wines, and had a wonderful time. We were treated so very well and never felt rushed. Try the Overture, Resiling or Vidal Blanc. Blushing Crane is a nice middle ground. Moulin Rouge for the red.

Cherry Creek Cellars - Meckleys Flavor Fruit Farm (written Nov 30, 2007)
Wine: 4 stars Winery: 3 stars Ambiance: 4 stars
Interesting building-originally an old one room schoolhouse, now a retail outlet for Cherry Creek Cellars. Try the Pinot Grigio if you like dry, the Ninja Red for semi dry and Rosie's Rose for something sweeter. My wife loved the Cranberry Passion (sweeter).
