Favorite Wine: Dry Reisling
Nice looking A/C tasting room, also nice area to sit outdoors. Unfortunately, wine tasting was expensive and yet even at that price they were VERY stingy with their pours. I had to concentrate just to get the taste of each wine with the tiny sip they gave, and as a result, could not decide on any wines to buy (whereas usually I buy from 3 to 6 bottles at a winery.) In addition, because we had to pick from a list rather than taste all the wines, I did not taste some that I might have liked and bought. My husband tried different wines and liked some, but as they would not allow us to try more, unless we paid even more money for tiny sips, then I could not see if I liked them too. I have not encountered this at wineries here or California. So their extreme stinginess really hurt them in the end, as I would have purchased more and might have looked for their wines in local stores also. Although my friends liked some of the sweet wines and also the light white wine, so I am rating the wine average. P.S. Do not bother with the cheese tray. It is dried out (they make it a day in advance!) and tiny. Bring a slice of cheese and you'll save the ten bucks.
