Adams Vineyards (written May 22, 2009)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 4 stars Ambiance: 4 stars
Loved it!!! Their staff is so friendly and inviting. Wonderful full body wines. Their dry Muscadine is outstanding. Tried their Apple Wine... OMG! The Apple was a limited addition so they were limiting to 3 bottles per person. I heard it is already sold out

Hinnant Family Vineyards (written May 22, 2009)
Wine: 4 stars Winery: 4 stars Ambiance: 4 stars
Great VISIT! The staff is very inviting. The have a really good Merlot and Chardoney. Some of the Muscadines were pretty good. Their fruit wines not so much. Wish they had a patio to enjoy.

Chatham Hill Winery (written May 22, 2009)
Wine: 2 stars Winery: 1 stars Ambiance: 1 stars
RUDE!! Not a very friendly enviroment. Several friends have tried this winery with the same response. They do not have a vineyard and get really touchy when you ask about it. Chatham Hill is in an office complex????

McRitchie Winery and Ciderworks (written May 22, 2009)
Wine: 2 stars Winery: 3 stars Ambiance: 4 stars
Went wine tasting with a group one Sunday afternoon. By the time we were headed to McRitchie they were closing... called ahead and they waited for us. Nice tasting area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Loved their Chardoney! The cider not so much. Wish it was closer by. Did not see the winery.

RagApple Lassie Vineyards (written May 22, 2009)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 3 stars Ambiance: 2 stars
I visited only once. The owner was very charming. I bought 2 wines while there. After getting them home loved the Kaledoscope, did not like the blush.
