Snus Hill Winery (written Aug 07, 2013)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 1 stars Ambiance: 2 stars
Case club member treated horribly. Said something to manager on their facebook page and got this as a response. I feel they lack customer service skills. They deleted this off their facebook of course but lucky them it is saved in my email so I am able to show people how they really treat their customers: Snus Hill Winery commented on your post. Snus Hill Winery wrote: "Do you work in the wine industry? Obviously not! What I lose is not monetary, but quality time exploring new tastes with potential customers. Maybe that's why the wineries near you have decided to charge for tastings? Think about that! Our case club parties and discounts are designed to celebrate quality time with great customers and reward them for their patronage. Once again, hope to see you in November! By the way, BOYCOTT is a very harsh word, even if you don't live Iowa."
