Tarsitano Winery (written Sep 21, 2010)
Wine: 4 stars Winery: 4 stars Ambiance: 4 stars

Favorite Wine: Isabella

Isabella semi- sweet is excellent, and the Chardonnay pretty good as well. The food was GREAT. The homemade pasta and ravioli where out of this world.

Markko Vineyard (written Sep 21, 2010)
Wine: 5 stars Winery: 3 stars Ambiance: 3 stars

Favorite Wine: Chardonnay

Yes, Hansel and Gretal is what we though on first visit, But you cannot judge a book by its cover. Excellent Chardonnay and Ice Wine is awesome. The people are friendly.

Buccia Vineyard (written Sep 21, 2010)
Wine: 4 stars Winery: 4 stars Ambiance: 4 stars

Favorite Wine: Vignoles & Vignoles Reserve

Yes the wine is unusual, and that may turn off the "Grey Poupon" types with their pinkies in the air, but flavors are diverse and tasty. We did not find anything to the far extremes: too sweet or too dry. Plays on flavors and acidity. Lots of different types. The Cabernet Franc is good when you can get it. Agawam is good, as well as the Riesling, but our favor is the regular Vignoles.

Farinacci Winery (written Sep 21, 2010)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 1 stars Ambiance: 1 stars

Favorite Wine: Wine approved for motorcyclists

Ticatica717 is right. Good wine or not, I found the place insulting when I turned in and saw the sign that says "NO MOTORCYCLES". If they have a problem with my bike,or "my type" they can stick their wine. Considering the area and the quantity of common people out riding wine country, they appear to have an attitude. Maybe they would be happier growing beans and potatos.
