Favorite Wine: Petite Syrah
Brian's wines are a testament to his hard work, creativity and incredible talent in the "chai". We have yet to taste the fruit of his labors in the Vinyard (so far we're enjoying the amazing Petite Syrah imported from Napa along with his delightful Village White, a product of New York State's finest estates, but we can only imagine the future of this brilliant young man and his passion for wine.
