ThornCreek Winery & Gardens (written Apr 03, 2012)
Wine: 1 stars Winery: 1 stars Ambiance: 3 stars

We paid a visit March 31st. No one at the tasting bar. A few people sitting around, no one knew where anyone was at. An employee walking in from the outside door reporting for work. We asked if they do tasting and if we were in the right place. She said we were in the right place and didn't know why there wasn't anyone there. She went to find someone. Now that someone had appeared, she gave us a menu. Tasting were 2.50! Yes, it was more than usual tasting but I do not need that much to determine if I liked the wine. They do offer a wine flight fo $12 but you cannot pick and choose what you think you would like. The person was very rude when we asked. Needless to say I felt they didn't want my business so we left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, rudness and high prices. Oh and for info if the winery reads this. We do average to buy at least 6 bottles to a case of wine with returns. You lost out.
