Door Peninsula Winery (written Oct 02, 2013)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 3 stars Ambiance: 3 stars

Favorite Wine: whites

This is a busy place, but the tasting is not pre-programed and you will find a wine you like and can afford. There is also a distillery here.

Harbor Ridge Winery (written Oct 02, 2013)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 1 stars Ambiance: 3 stars

This is really a tasting room and not a winery, but it is worth a stop to taste Wisconsin wines. Go to enjoy the wines and you won't be disappointed.

Parallel 44 Vineyard and Winery (written Oct 02, 2013)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 4 stars Ambiance: 4 stars

Favorite Wine: Tundra Gold

Nice stop on way to Door county, bring a picnic and have some wine. Tasting room is adequate with a great outside patio with view of winery.

Trout Springs Winery (written Oct 02, 2013)
Wine: 4 stars Winery: 3 stars Ambiance: 4 stars

Favorite Wine: Sangiovese

A great stop on the way to Door County for exceptional Wisconsin made red wines. We liked the rustic ambiance and the pourer was friendly and attentive. Owner also was present and informative about his winemaking.

Damiani Wine Cellars (written Oct 02, 2013)
Wine: 3 stars Winery: 4 stars Ambiance: 4 stars

Favorite Wine: Vin Rosso

Recommended to us as a place for Finger Lake reds. The pourer was great and so was the ambience. Great view from the comfortable deck. Best reds we tasted at Seneca wineries.
